Glam Hub comes with a range of luxurious amenities designed to elevate your Carnival experience: Complimentary refreshments and snacks, Changing rooms with dressing assistants and seamstress, Large mirrors for final touch-ups, Indoor photo opportunities, Shuttle service to your band (available in select territories) Q: Do all services include makeup? A: No. You could book Hair, Photos as separate services. You can customize your package from the website site. Q: Can I choose who does my makeup? A: You can't choose a specific MUA, but you can choose between Makeup Teams. Some teams may cost more than the HOUSE Team. Q: Are private rooms available? A: Yes, private rooms are available for groups of 5 or more. Q: Do you offer house calls? A: Yes, for groups of 5 or more. Message Jade. Q: Is there a shuttle service? A: Yes, shuttle service is available. It's complimentary in some territories and may cost extra in others. The shuttle service is one-way, from Glam Hub to the band. Q: Can I choose my photographer for the photoshoot? A: No. This is not allowed. For large territories we have up to 6 photographers, you can choose from any that are available. Q: Can I bring a friend? A: Yes, but in some territories, this may incur a fee. T Q: Outside of the Payment Portal do you accept other methods of payment. A: We accept various payment methods if you're unable to pay from our Portal, including PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, WiPay, and Direct Deposit. Q: Can I pay at the door? A: Yes, but this option is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. It's best to secure your time slot with a deposit and pay the balance on the day. Q. Glam Hub Lite vs. Carnival Glam Hub A. Glam Hub Lite: Offers core services like makeup and hair only. It does not include all the advertised amenities. Carnival Glam Hub: This is the full package, where all amenities and services are included.
