If your band crosses early, book between 4AM – 7AM. That gives you enough time to get glammed, dressed, and to the road with no stress.

• Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment (no earlier — we won’t let you in).

• Late by 15+ minutes? You’ll lose your slot and pay a penalty.

Yes, we offer dressing-only passes if you just need help with your costume. For $35, you get access to our changing room, dressing assistants, seamstress, and all the good stuff — like mimosas, music, and shuttle access (where available).

Need somewhere to stash your things? Add overnight bag check for $30 and scoop your stuff the next day — easy.
