POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT termes et conditions ​ Politique d'annulation du carnaval Si un territoire ou un groupe annule son carnaval, Carnival GLAM Hub (CGH) vous remboursera 70 % de la valeur faciale de votre ticket de service dans un délai de trois à quatre semaines. ​ ​ Changement de plans (raisons personnelles) Si pour une raison quelconque, vous ne pouvez pas assister au CGH, vous pouvez demander un remboursement 30 jours avant l'événement. Des frais de traitement de 50 USD seront déduits et le solde vous sera remboursé. Pour les services et les modules complémentaires inférieurs à 50 USD, les remboursements ne sont pas autorisés.
