Nope. You can secure your glam slot with a deposit of $50, and pay the rest anytime — just make sure your balance is cleared at least 7 days before the event.
Can’t make it anymore? We don’t do cash refunds, but we’ve got options:
 🎁 You can gift your slot to a friend
 🌍 Or transfer it to another Carnival territory
We get that life happens — and we’ve got you covered.

Question 2

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are extremely limited, especially for makeup.
 We recommend booking ahead — that’s the only way to guarantee your spot and avoid the chaos.

Its a gamble, if we are full, its just no.
And if we aren't and we consider it, its more expensive

Can I choose my makeup artist?

Accepted Answer

Kinda-sorta 😉
If you’re booking one of our Glam Hub PRO Artists, yes — you can request a specific artist by name (where available) and pay the premium rate for their team. This option is territory-specific and often sells out fast.
Otherwise, you’ll be glammed by one of our Main Floor Team MUAs — all vetted, certified, and trained by our lead artists. Every look is Carnival-proof, camera-ready, and handled with care.

🔥 Best Booking Time
If your band crosses early, book between 4AM – 7AM. That gives you enough time to get glammed, dressed, and to the road with no stress.
🕒 Arrival Policy
 • Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment (no earlier — we won’t let you in).
 • Late by 15+ minutes? You’ll lose your slot and pay a penalty.
🧠 Budget Your Time Like This:
✅ 30 mins — Check-In + Chill
 Get your mimosa, check your wings, sip some coffee, and settle in.
💄 60 mins — Makeup
 Full waterproof Carnival glam from one of our vetted MUAs.
👗 45–60 mins — Dressing
 Wiggle room for adjustments, seamstress help, and glueing back that rogue feather.
📸 30–45 mins — Photoshoot (optional)
 If you booked a shoot, give yourself time to pose and get that content.
🚌 30–45 mins — Shuttle to Band
 Includes wait time, boarding, and the drive.
💇🏽‍♀️ 45–60 mins — Hair (if booked)
 From carnival curls to hot combs — we handle it all.
🌞 20–30 mins — Bronzing (if booked)
 For that extra golden finish.
Pro tip: It’s Carnival. Give yourself a buffer. Don’t book your makeup at 6:00AM and expect to cross the stage by 8 😅

Can I invite a friend?

Absolutely — bring your friend, your man, your hype squad. The “Bring a Friend” Pass gives your plus-one access to all the vibes:
✅ Refreshments
 ✅ AC waiting lounge
 ✅ Dressing room access
 ✅ Seamstress help
 ✅ Dressing assistants
It’s the same glam comfort, even if they’re not getting glammed. Carnival mornings are better with backup — we get it.
P.S. Friend Passes are limited per location, so lock it in early!

Don’t leave Glam Hub upset — we’ll fix it.
If something’s not working, let a floor manager, booking director, or the front desk know immediately. You’ll be reassigned to another MUA at no extra cost.
