1. REFUND POLICY
 

Terms & Conditions

Carnival Cancellation Policy

If a Territory or Band cancels it's Carnival, Carnival GLAM Hub (CGH) will refund you 70%  of the face value of your service ticket within three to four weeks. 

Change of Plans (personal reasons)

If for any reason, you are unable to attend CGH you may request a refund 30 days prior to the event. A processing fee of USD$50 will be deducted and you will be refunded the balance. For services and add-ons below USD$50, refunds are not permitted.  Refunds are not paid on deposits. 

Refund requests will not accepted within 29 days of the event date.

24hrs  to Cancel 

Any booking made within 24hrs can be cancelled without penalty fees as long as this is 7 days ahead of the event. 

Refunds are not done within the 7 day event window.

Carnival Postponed

If a territory or band has postponed their Carnival your time slot or service purchased will be valid for the new date.

 

Options Available 
If for any reason you are no longer able to attend, you always have the following options:

1. Transfer booking to another Carnival Territory 

2. Transfer booking to a friend as a gift or resell your time slot independently.
      CGH MUST informed of a name change on the ticket 2 days prior to the event.

3. Have us relist your time slot for resale. Upon sale, you will be refunded 85% of the ticket/time slot face         
     value :  PLEASE RELIST

CGH Pulls out of a Carnival Territory

If CGH withdraws its services from a Carnival Territory upon its own volition, not including Acts of God, CGH will refund the FULL face value (100 percent) of the CGH service. 

Failure to Attend

If for any reason you were unable to attend the event without 30 days prior notice or communication you would have forfeited the full cost of your CGH service without an recourse.  

Deposit Payments

No refunds on Deposits. Refunds only considered for FULL payments. 

3rd Party Vendor Cancelation 

If for any reason a third party vendor (mua, etc) cancels you will be assigned a replacement service vendor of equal value. If the service vendor (eg. mua) is cheaper, you will be eligible for a partial refund of the cost difference.

2.  Insurance Ticket 

You may purchase ticket insurance from CGH for USD$20

The insurance component provides reimbursement for 100 percent of the ticket price including taxes and shipping charges. With event ticket insurance, your financial loss will be covered if you can’t attend an event for any of the below reasons:

  • Covered Illness or Injury* - preventing you or an event companion from being able to attend the event or if a family member is hospitalized or requires your care

  • Traffic accidents - which prevent you from getting to an event

  • Mechanical Breakdown - if your car breaks down within 48 hours of the event

  • Carrier delay - if your plane or other common carrier experiences a cancelation or delay while going to the event

  • Care for a family member - serious injury to a family member, requiring you to provide care

  • Travel Restrictions - Visa Cancellation, Inability to renew travel documents, Government imposed travel restrictions

  • Jury Duty - if you are required to serve on jury duty after having purchased an event ticket

  • Military Duty - if you are required to miss an event as a result of military orders

  • Death - if the purchaser, an event companion, or immediate family member passes away

 

ALL Claims must be made before the event or within three (3) days working days after the event. Refunds will take place three to four weeks after successful applications and non attendance validated. 

 

NOTE: Insurance only covers COST of CGH services above .

 

 

3.  Late Policy 

You are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time complete registration. 

Failure to do so  will require you to be transferred to our late section where makeup will be done on a first come first available basis.  Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the mua appointments within the day. We thank you in advance for your consideration!
