CARNIVAL GLAM HUB POLICIES

 

Hey, Glam Queen or King! Please note the following policies

 

 

  1. DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

  • To confirm your booking, a minimum non-refundable deposit of Fifty United States Dollars (US$50.00) must be paid.

  • No refunds will be given if you cancel the booking 14 days or less before the Event.
     

For example: If you paid Three Hundred United States Dollars (US$300.00) to book your Full Face Glam and Photography Packages. If the Event is on February 20 and you cancel on February 6, you will not receive a refund.
 

  • All bookings made within 14 days or less before the Event are non-refundable.

  • For services and add-ons under Fifty United States Dollars (US$50.00), refunds are not permitted.

  • The deposit or booking, as the case may be, is only transferable to other future Events within a 12-month period to which the deposit applies. The deposit or booking is only transferable once. If you wish to transfer your deposit or booking you must send us an email no later than 3 days before the Event. If you send us an email after the stipulated time, your deposit or booking is deemed to be forfeited and you will not be refunded. Please note that where a booking was made for a particular service and there is a difference in price, you will be required to pay the difference in price. If you opt not to pay the difference, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. Your deposit will be forfeited.

  • You will not be refunded if you are late for your appointment.

  • You will not be refunded if the service is still available to you at the Event however you decide to leave before receiving the service.

 

 

2. LATENESS
 

We take punctuality seriously as it can affect your booking time or the booking time of our other Glam Queens and Kings. So-

  • Please note you must register no later than 30 minutes before your confirmed time.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment a penalty of Fifty United States Dollars (US$50.00) must be paid at registration before you will be permitted entry.

 

3. QUALITY CONTROL
 

We value our product and strive to ensure you are satisfied. As such if you are not satisfied with the service immediately after it is finished, do not leave the event. Please return to the registration desk to report your dissatisfaction to our representative. We reserve the right to determine whether corrective action should be taken. This is done on a case-by-case basis. We want you to have the best experience.

 

4. PHOTOGRAPHY/PHOTOSHOOT

 

By opting to have your Glam Shots taken by our photographers, You agree that your Image shall remain your property absolutely and; that you grant us the rights to use, publish and print any images of you as produced by the Photographer during your service.  We will not use your photographs unlawfully.

 

5. WEBSITE PRICING

All prices for services offered on our website are subject to change on the date of the Event.
