Select your destination and choose your glam package at carnivalglamhub.masos.app/events. You'll receive confirmation after booking. Only territories whose Carnival is still ahead of us are bookable. Once a season has passed, that territory closes until next season's dates are confirmed.
Carnival morning slots fill quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time — at least 4–6 weeks ahead for peak weekends.
A Full Service Glam Hub appointment (Jamaica, Trinidad, Miami) includes shuttle, wing and bag check while you are with us, space permitting, breakfast and refreshments, alcohol, makeup, hair, seamstress, a changing room, photoshoot, and coffee and tea. Bronzing is available in Trinidad and Jamaica. Reels are a paid add-on in Trinidad and Jamaica, with the price confirmed on booking. Overnight bag check is a paid add-on at US$35 per masquerader in Trinidad, Jamaica and Miami. There is no shuttle in Miami this season. A Glam Hub Lite appointment, offered in all other territories, includes makeup, photoshoot, a changing room, wing and bag check while you are with us space permitting, and coffee, tea and light refreshments.
Pricing is tiered. Carnival morning access, meaning getting dressed, the lounge, refreshments and shuttle where it runs, is US$35. Makeup only is US$170 to US$200 for a single day, and US$380 for both Trinidad days. Named and celebrity artists run US$200 to US$580. Photoshoot only is US$140 to US$160, hair is US$120 to US$220 and Full Glam is US$430 to US$680.
You can, but Carnival makeup must survive heat, sweat, and hours on the road. Most masqueraders choose a professional for sweat-resistant, photo-ready results that last all day.
Carnival makeup is built for endurance: sweat-resistant, long-wear, and designed for bright outdoor light and constant photography, unlike everyday makeup which is not made to last through a full day of dancing in the sun.
A non-refundable deposit of US$50 per masquerader confirms your appointment and is applied to the total price of your booking. No slot is held for you until the deposit is received. The balance is due in full before your service begins. Payment is taken through our booking platform.
A non-refundable deposit of US$50 per masquerader confirms every booking, in every territory. No refund is given if you cancel within 14 days of the event, and bookings made inside that window are non-refundable in full. No shows and same day cancellations forfeit all payments, with no transfer and no credit. A booking may be transferred once, to any Carnival Glam Hub event within 12 months, including to another territory, if requested at least 3 days before the event and subject to availability. Please register at the hub no later than 30 minutes before your appointment time. A 15 minute grace period applies. After that, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or your appointment may be cancelled with payments forfeited. A shortened service is charged at the full booked price.
