Skin prep and priming, full base with sweat-resistant foundation and concealer, contour and highlight, eye look with adhesive lash or strip lash, brow shaping, lip finish, and a final setting layer designed to hold through the parade. Each session runs around 90 minutes per masquerader and is delivered inside the air-conditioned Carnival Glam Hub lounge.
Pricing is tiered. Carnival morning access, meaning getting dressed, the lounge, refreshments and shuttle where it runs, is US$35. Makeup only is US$120 to US$210 for a single day, and US$380 for both Trinidad days. Named and celebrity artists run US$200 to US$580. Photoshoot only is US$100 to US$160, hair is US$120 to US$220 and Full Glam is US$440 to US$680. A deposit of US$50 per masquerader confirms the booking and comes off the balance.
Add-ons are priced separately. Reels are US$80 per masquerader in Trinidad and Jamaica, the barber is US$35 in Trinidad and Jamaica, and overnight bag check is US$35 in Trinidad, Jamaica and Miami.
Both work for the road. Traditional application, layered with a long-wear foundation and locked down with a setting spray, gives a fuller, more sculpted finish and is easier to touch up mid-route. Airbrush gives a lighter, second-skin finish that photographs beautifully and tends to suit oilier skin in extreme heat.
A properly built road look is designed to hold for ten to twelve hours of dancing in tropical heat, from your morning departure through the last truck. Priming, layering and setting are what stop the foundation breaking up around the nose, forehead and chest by midday.

Makeup is never sold on its own. It sits inside a Glam Hub, and what the Hub includes depends on its tier.
A Glam Hub Lite does not offer getting dressed, seamstress, overnight bag check, shuttle, hair, bronzing, reels, alcohol, breakfast. Grenada is the one exception: it offers dressing assistance, and still no seamstress.
Carnival makeup has to survive heat, sweat, paint, rain, body glitter and a full day of jumping, then still photograph well at every stage of the road. That is a different job from a night out. Our artists build the base in layers, set each one, and choose lash, brow and lip products that will not slide, transfer onto a costume or grey out under midday sun.
